Include your order reference, the email used at checkout and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card details or passwords. Check your purchase status before trying to pay again.

Starter Kit guarantee

The standalone $19 Starter Kit keeps its seven-day money-back guarantee. If it is not for you, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund the full price. No reason needed. Include the email used at checkout.

Refunds are sent through Whop to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it. After a refund, please delete your copy of the files.

Starter Kit after 7 days

After 7 days we review Starter Kit refund requests case by case, for example access problems, faulty files or a kit that does not match its description. Send your request to the email above so Ali can review it.

New books and bundle

After-Class Treats ($7), Small Kitchen Big Lunch ($9) and the Dorm Chef Kitchen Bundle ($29) use case-by-case refund review. Email us with your order reference, purchase email and what went wrong, including access problems, faulty files or content that does not match its description.

There is no automatic seven-day change-of-mind promise for these three products. The Starter Kit guarantee above applies to the standalone Starter Kit purchase. We review each new-book or bundle request on its facts and honor refunds or other remedies required by applicable consumer law.

Buying or downloading a file does not by itself remove your mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable cancellation or withdrawal rights continue to apply unless the legal requirements for ending them have been met.

Approved refunds are processed through Whop to the original payment method. Please delete the files covered by a refund once it is completed.
