Apple-cinnamonyogurt bowl

Ingredients
- One 6-oz cup plain dairy yogurt, about 2/3 cup (170 g)
- 3/4 cup chopped apple, about 1/2 apple (100 g)
- 1/4 cup ready-to-eat granola (30 g)
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

- Measuring cups and spoons; refrigerator.

Wash and cut
Wash the apple and remove the core, then chop 3/4 cup into small pieces.

Stir the base
Put the yogurt in the bowl. Stir in the measured cinnamon until evenly speckled.

Add the apple
Place the apple over the yogurt. Keep the granola separate until you are ready to eat.

Finish with crunch
Scatter the granola on top. Eat promptly while the topping is still crisp.
